AMCP-NEXUS 2022: Real-world adherence and persistence to single versus multiple inhaler triple therapy

The AMCP-NEXUS 2022 National Meeting took place 11–14 October 2022 in National Harbour, Maryland, United States. The meeting provided educational sessions, poster presentations, and satellite symposia for >2500 attendees.

Averell CM, et al. presented an encore poster which used medical and pharmacy claims data to compare adherence and persistence to single-inhaler FF/UMEC/VI therapy versus multiple-inhaler triple therapy (MITT). This analysis showed higher adherence and persistence with single-inhaler FF/UMEC/VI compared with MITT over 12 months.
