Report a possible side effect
At GSK, we take the safety of our patients and consumers very seriously.
We know that side effects can occur, but it is not always possible to predict who will experience them. That is why it is vital for us to continuously monitor the safety of our products. By listening to your experiences and those of others like you, we can provide the best possible advice to those using GSK and ViiV products.
How do I report a possible side effect?
To help us process your information quickly and effectively, we ask that you report as much relevant information as possible. You should provide at least the following:
- The initials of the person who experienced the possible side effect and/or other personal information, such as gender, date of birth.
- The contact information of the reporter, namely the person making the report.
- A description of the possible side effect, such as the symptoms experienced, the date the possible side effect first occurred, and the outcome of the possible side effect.
- The name of the GSK/ViiV product.
Our Privacy Notice outlines how GSK handles the processing of personal information when dealing with your enquiry, complaint or adverse event report.
