Activation of inducible T-cell costimulator (ICOS) supports proliferation and functional activity of effector T cells and expands memory T-cell populations, which promote durable antitumor responses.1

Overview

Feladilimab is an IgG4 ICOS agonist antibody that is designed to enhance T-cell function and enable antitumor responses without depletion of ICOS-expressing cells.2,3
